This policy sets out the basis on which your personal data will be collected held and used by PeaceTrust.net and Charity Technology Trust and the Charity which is promoting this lottery ("the Charity").

Should we for any reason elect to change this security and privacy policy, the changes will be posted here, so that you are always kept informed of how we collect and use the information, and when we may disclose it to others.

1.  Information collected

We do not collect any sensitive data about you.
We do collect the following data from you:

1.1  Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site.

1.2  Details of transactions carried out via our site.

1.3  Information about your computer including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type.

1.4  Information about your internet usage obtained using a cookie file which is stored on the hard drive of your computer.

2.  Uses made of the information

2.1   We do not store your credit card information. It is used to process your payment and then does not remain on our system.

2.2  We use the information held about you in the following ways:

    (a) Uses which apply to all visitors to this site

2.2.1  to administer the raffle(s) you enter, inform you if you have won a prize, and advise you how you can find out who has won a prize.

    (b) Uses which apply to visitors arriving directly from the Charity’s     website

2.2.2  to provide you with other information that may be of interest to you including information from or relating to the Charity and details of raffle(s) run by them.

    (c) Uses which apply to visitors other than those arriving directly from     the Charity’s website

2.2.3  to provide you with information about charity raffle(s), and other fundraising activities we believe you may be interested in.

2.2.4  to provide you with further information about the Charity and its activities which we will only provide if you indicate your consent to receive it on the registration page for this site.

2.2.5  to try to ensure that the content on our website is presented in the most effective manner for you and your computer.

2.3  In addition we may provide aggregate statistics about our sales, customers, traffic patterns and other site information to third parties, but these statistics will not include any information that could personally identify you.

2.4  We reserve the right to access and disclose individually identifiable information to comply with applicable laws and lawful requests from government bodies or regulators (such as the Gaming Board for Great Britain), to operate our systems properly or to protect ourselves or our users.

3  Access to Information

We have strict procedures covering the storage and disclosure of your information in order to prevent unauthorised access to comply with the UK Data Protection Acts 1998. You are entitled to exercise your right to access the information held about you but we may ask for proof of identity before we disclose personal information to you.
